Multi-style yoga stretches for health and wellbeing of mind, body and soul. We will use yoga blocks and belts (please bring your own) to support the various exercises to enable support in the postures. Over the year, we will explore breath work, physical movement and meditative relaxation techniques.

This course will take place at Priory Methodist Church on Newnham Avenue in Bedford.
Please note if you had booked previous to 4/09/24 there has been a change to the start date the full course will still be delivered with additional sessions added into the Spring Term.
Please be aware that this course has been running since the beginning of Autumn Term, but new students are always welcome! Please get in touch with the Admin Office if you would like to arrange a taster session.
