You've studied this language before and can understand and participate in conversations on a variety of topics; express opinions, describe experiences in detail. In this class, it is expected that you will be familiar with verb tenses i.e. past, present and future. This course is delivered in 10-week blocks. In the first block, we will focus on conversation, oral understanding, comprehension and reading. Grammar points will be covered on request.
This course uses a study book called French Short Stories for Beginners: 20 Captivating Short Stories to Learn French and Grow your Vocabulary the fun way published by Lingo Mastery. Please note that you will need to purchase a copy of this book to participate fully in this course. The book is available to purchase on number of second-hand book websites. If you would like to try this course, please speak to the office about arranging a taster session.
