This course will focus on experimenting with drawing techniques using graphite and pen and ink. We will work with a range of media, including soft pencils, ink pens, powdered graphite, graphite sticks, and water‑soluble graphite, all of which will be available for use in class. Details of materials required can be found on our website. Initial starting points will be based on photographic source material provided by the tutor; however, as the course progresses, participants will be encouraged to use their own images.
