Will Rawes came to Bedfordshire to do a PhD in fluid engineering at Cranfield University. He then worked at the Open University for most of his career producing software for teaching for Open University courses in physics and the sciences including environmental science. He currently works with local charity the Neno Macadamia Trust developing tree planting, agroforestry and carbon damage mitigation in Malawi.
