She’s passionate about the power of exercise and movement and believes that an active lifestyle has the ability to improve lives and empower people of all ages to find their potential and thrive. Her goal is making exercise accessible, appealing and enjoyable for all.
Her background combines experience with the great outdoors, a degree in Psychology and sport science and work as a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, running coach and exercise referral and long-term health condition specialist.
