Multi-style and chair-based yoga stretches for health and wellbeing of mind, body and soul. We will use yoga blocks and belts (please bring your own) to support the various exercises to enable support in the postures. Over the year, we will explore breath work, physical movement and meditative relaxation techniques. This class is open to all levels.
