Yoga stretches for health and wellbeing of mind, body and soul. We will use yoga blocks and belts (please bring your own) to support the various exercises to enable support in the postures. Through the 5 weeks, we will explore breath work, physical movement and meditative relaxation techniques. We look forward to you joining us!
