Yoga Practice Asanas: We will work with gentle postures and breathing techniques. The postures will blend into one another in varying ways and hopefully give your body and mind a feeling of loosening and unlocking tightness and rigidness.
Yoga Nidra Meditations: this is where you come and lie down on the floor and just completely let go and let me guide you. This is a progressive muscle relaxation technique that will vary slightly from week to week. It is highly relaxing and a brilliant de-stress technique. Sometimes the incorporation of the sound of music or drum will enhance the relaxation.
For Yoga, please wear loose comfortable clothing, bring with you a yoga mat, small cushion and water to drink.
