Bob has co-authored three books on aspects of Bedford’s history and edits and writes for Bedford Local History Magazine. He is just finishing a new book – A Town Transformed: Bedford 1939-1999 – to be published in the Autumn. This explores the profound upheavals and transformation experienced by post-war Bedford. He will share his experiences, successes, and frustrations, along with tips on the sources he rates and how to get help with your research. At the end, Bob will hold a Q&A session to provide practical help and advice.
