Tai Chi is a slow mind/body exercise using principles of balance, breath control, and mindful movement to help improve how we move—including correcting our breathing, posture, toning muscles, and improving flexibility. It is a walking exercise where we learn a set sequence of body postures called a form. This course is for both Beginners and Advanced students.
