The Rothsay Ramblers, our outdoor walking group, invites you to embrace the beauty of the Bedfordshire countryside, while enjoying the benefits of healthy exercise.

Every Monday morning all year round, choose a walking distance (3, 4 or 5 miles) that suits you and connect with fellow ramblers as you stroll. Walks usually start and end at a pub, café, garden centre or village hall within a 20-mile radius of Bedford, and we usually stay for lunch, or at least a drink. The walks are very sociable and are an excellent way to make new friends. It’s the perfect way to boost your well-being, keep your mind sharp, and set yourself up for success in the many other courses we offer.

Watch out too for special interest walks and London bank holiday walks.
