The Ramblers offer a programme of walks on Monday mornings all year around including during the REC holiday periods. Every Monday there is a choice of 3, 4 and 5 mile walks with occasional longer walks or special interest walks. Walks usually start and end at a pub, café, garden centre or village hall within a 20-mile radius of Bedford, and the expectation is for members to stay for lunch, or at least a drink. The walks are very sociable and are an excellent way to make new friends.
