It is well known that both Nature and Mindfulness are good for us. During this workshop we will explore why nature is good for our wellbeing and how the practice of mindfulness through a deep connection to nature can be transformative. We will cover Shinrin-Yoku ( forest bathing) which was developed in Japan during the 1980’s; are trees social beings like us; and why walking or just being in nature is good for us and enhances mindfulness practices.
Weather permitting, we will be able to use the beautiful garden at Rothsay
