Mindfulness has been around for centuries, over recent years it has become widely taught and practiced throught the world. A simple definition of mindfulness is “paying attention in the present moment”. During this course we will investigate the key elements of Mindfulness and its relevance today. Cheryl will facilitate mindfulness practices and give you the tools to bring Mindfulness into your everyday life.
