The aim of this course is to present the basics of spoken and written Italian. During the course students will learn how to communicate in simple, everyday situations and will be introduced to some aspects of Italian culture. The course is strongly focused on communication: students will learn the language they need to interact with Italian speakers in real life situations. The course is aimed at English-speaking students with no previous knowledge of Italian. Teaching method: role playing, pair-work, group-work, oral, listening, reading and written activities. Free online resources. This course will be delivered in class and on Zoom.
