Ever thought of joining a Pilates class? If you would like to find out more and have a go without committing yourself to a whole term beforehand, come along to our 90 minute workshop and learn some basic exercises, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for everyone as long as you are able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring a mat, socks and fleece/jumper and a water bottle:-)
Completing this session enables you the knowledge needed to join the Friday Pilates Improvers class starting in September.
