Over the five weeks course we will look in more depth on how we can use ancient and modern thinking to maintain and improve our mental and physical well being. The course will cover both the theory and practices on the importance and benefits of using our breath, mindfulness, laughter, compassion and gratitude to help us bring calm, positivity and more happiness into our life.
Ideally as a follow on from the Hardwiring for Happiness Saturday course but not essential.
