The concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI) was pioneered by Charles Darwin with his thinking that emotions are the result of Evolution. From a science basis, it has developed leading to the concept of Emotional Intelligence.
The course will look at the key components of EI, how understanding our emotions helps us personally, socially and in our relationships with others. Does it have a Mindfulness aspect? Is it more important than Intellect?
