Butterflies gladden our hearts in the Summer months. They might look delicate but they’re built to survive. The males have it easy, but the females are egg-laying machines, working against the clock to get the next generation launched. And the plants she’s looking for have defences which make her job even harder. This session looks at evolution and the life cycle.
