A boxing-based fitness class for all abilities. Whether you have never tried boxing before or have experience on the pads then Boxercise is for you! We use boxing gloves and pads and work through a sequence of punches with a partner. We aim to increase heart rate and muscle strength by incorporating exercise-based movements alongside the boxing such as squats, jogging and press ups. To participate, you need to bring an exercise mat, a water bottle and wear suitable footwear. You need to be able to confidently participate in one hour of exercise before you can participate on the course.
This course will take place at Priory Methodist Church on Newnham Avenue
