Bodyaware is a great way to start an exercise program or as a development to other forms of exercise and helps with body posture, function, movement and balance. We go through lots of variations of exercise to improve Mobility (range of motion) and stability (control of motion). This course is for beginners and advanced students alike.
Classes held at Russell Court, Bushmead Avenue.
