Body Aware is a great way to start exercise or to improve any level of fitness. After just 3 or 4 sessions it’s possible to feel the benefit of more natural movement, which, by improving posture, balance and strength, reduces tension, headaches, pain and stiffness and increases flexibility and fitness. Please bring a mat.
