Body Aware is a great way to start exercise or to improve any level of fitness. After just 3 or 4 sessions it’s possible to feel the benefit of more natural movement, which, by improving posture, balance and strength, reduces tension, headaches, pain and stiffness and increases flexibility and fitness.
