Holiday Geology: Bev Fowlston

"Have you been to an interesting place in Britain on holiday and wondered How did those rocks form? Or why are the rocks that shape? How old are those rocks? Why is there a valley here? Let me help you explore the landscapes and rock formations of the British Isles. We’ll look at famous holiday destinations, such as The Jurassic Coast, The Giant’s Causeway, The Highlands of Scotland and the Norfolk coastline. If you have a particular place you want to know about, be it the Lake District or the Yorkshire Moors, then let me know a few weeks before the start of the course and we’ll explore their geological history together."
