"Chris Butcher has been in the Fitness Industry for 25 years working as both a freelance Personal Trainer and at a leading gym chain. He has a special interest in rehab for people with back problems, postural fatigue and better body awareness and core stability in clients. He gained his Black Belt in Chinese Soft Style Martial Arts (Tai Chi Chuan, etc) in May 1996 and uses the experience gained from over 20 years to help him understand the body differently. With the knowledge from both gym work and martial arts disciplines he developed the concept Bodyaware."
